Meet Kadejah "Dee" Maple, a Miami native with a calling for emergency medical services that runs deep in her veins. After five years as a nationally licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), serving in the United States Navy as an Active Duty Damage Controlman and securing her civilian Fire Fighter II certification, Dee is on a mission to make a difference. Currently charting her course back into firefighting with Miami-Dade Fire Rescue, Dee embodies resilience and dedication, bringing a unique blend of emergency medical expertise and firefighting prowess to our team.
Joining forces with Dee is Christina Moody-Maple, a Registered Nurse with roots in Boston, Massachusetts, and a heart firmly planted in the vibrant Miami landscape for the past 3 years. Licensed in an impressive 42 states, Christina's journey in nursing spans four impactful years, culminating in her role as Assistant Director of Nursing. Her commitment to healthcare excellence is evident not just in her extensive licensing but also in her leadership as she guides and nurtures nursing units towards optimal performance.
Together, Dee and Christina form a dynamic duo, weaving a narrative of dedication, expertise, and genuine care. Meet Kadejah "Dee" Maple, a proud Miami native with a passion for emergency medical services. With six years of experience as a nationally licensed Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Dee embarked on her journey in healthcare after dedicating her skills to the United States Navy as an Active Duty Damage Controlman, where she served as a military firefighter. She also obtained her civilian Fire Fighter II certification.
Driven by a commitment to public safety and community well-being, Dee is currently working towards rejoining the firefighting ranks with Miami-Dade Fire Rescue. Her background in both emergency medical services and firefighting reflects her unwavering dedication to making a positive impact in times of crisis. Christina Moody-Maple
Introducing Christina Moody-Maple, a dedicated Registered Nurse hailing originally from Boston, Massachusetts, and now proudly calling Miami home for the past 4 years. With a comprehensive reach, Christina is a Registered Nurse licensed in 42 states, showcasing her commitment to providing healthcare expertise across a broad spectrum.
Boasting five years of hands-on experience in the field, Christina currently serves as Assistant Director of Nursing, overseeing and contributing to the seamless operation of nursing units. Her role reflects not only her proficiency in nursing but also her leadership skills in managing healthcare teams.
